Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival & Brief Dinner

Once you arrive in Brasov, settle into your accommodation, then join us for a delicious traditional dinner where you’ll meet fellow riders and receive a thorough briefing on the adventure ahead. Relax, enjoy the evening, and get ready for an exciting journey through Romania’s breathtaking landscapes.

Day 2

Brasov to Horezu (330 km - first day of riding)

Get ready for your first day of riding as we set off on a 330-km journey through some of Romania’s most iconic sites. The day begins with a visit to Bran Castle, famously associated with the Dracula legend, before heading to the Făgăraș Fortress. Then, experience the thrill of riding the world-renowned Transfăgărășan Highway, one of the highest and most scenic roads in Europe. Stop at the stunning Bâlea Lake, nestled high in the mountains, then continue to marvel at the impressive Vidraru Dam and Lake. End the day in Horezu, a quaint town known for its ceramic art and rich traditions.

Day 3

Horezu to Sibiu (220 km)

After a hearty breakfast, we’ll head out on a 220-km ride, beginning with a visit to the mysterious Woman’s Cave, with its impressive stalactites and stalagmites. Next, we’ll take on the legendary Transalpina Pass, also known as the King’s Road, a thrilling high-altitude route that winds through the Southern Carpathians. The route will lead us to the serene Oasa Lake, surrounded by lush forests, before reaching Sibiu, a city that beautifully blends medieval architecture with a modern vibe.

Day 4

Sibiu to Brasov (240 km – last day of riding)

Today’s ride covers 240 km and immerses you in Romania’s history. We’ll visit the stunning Fortified Church of Biertan, a UNESCO World Heritage site, before heading to Sighișoara, one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Europe. Explore the King’s House and wander the charming streets of this fortified town, which is also the birthplace of Dracula. On the way, we’ll stop at the Rupea Citadel, perched on a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. After a day of exploration, we’ll return to Brasov, where a fabulous dinner waits for us.

Day 5

Farewell!

After breakfast, it’s time to bid farewell to the mountains and the memories you’ve made along the way. We hope you’ve enjoyed the ride, the sights, and the camaraderie, and we look forward to welcoming you on another thrilling adventure soon!
